Payment Policy

By making any purchase from our website, you/ the participant (herein referred to as “Participant”) agrees to the following terms stated herein, which shall take effect immediately.

Terms of Participation in the PROGRAMS & SERVICES

KEY5 SPEAKER CONFERENCE (herein referred to as “COMPANY” or “Company”) agrees to provide the various services and programs (herein referred to as “Programs) to the Participant. Participant agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Program.

PAYMENT PLAN DISCLAIMER

  • All payment installments will be made on time understanding that means on or before the due date established. 
  • Payments received are first applied against the oldest outstanding balance.
  • Failure to complete all payments will affect Participant ability to receive the final deliverable of content. 
  • Company reserves the right to hold onto Participant final content until final payment has been remitted. 

REFUND POLICY

A full refund is available if the written cancellation is received within 14 days after Participants initial payment and no later than 30 days before the Program event. Participants can transfer speaker spots to someone else at any time, based on prior approval of Company management.
